I recently referred Mr. Satyen Bajaj of Prolaw to my cousin Deepak from the U.S, who was visiting Bangalore for specific legal work. He wanted to update the title deeds of his properties, after the demise of his wife, to include the name of his son in the same. Satyen suggested that instead of updating the title deeds which would involve a lot of time and money, he should rather make a last will and testament making his son as the beneficiary.
